ITINERARY: KIZIL-KUM 2

Destination: Tashkent-Bukhara-Sarmish-Nurata-Dangelek-Eltay-Dangelek-Samarkand-Tashkent
Duration: 10 days / 9 nights


1st day
Arrival to Tashkent. Transfer and accommodation at the hotel. Free time. Dinner. Overnight.

2nd day
Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing: Kukeldash medrese, Hast Imam square, Museum of applied art, Abul Kasim medrese. Lunch. Sightseeing: Museum of the history of Timurids, oriental bazaar. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Bukhara. Arrival to Bukhara. Transfer and accommodation at the hotel. Dinner at the hotel. Overnight.

3rd day
Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing: Ark fortress, Lyaby-Haus complex, Bolo-Haus complex, mausoleum of Ismail Samani. Lunch at the local restaurant. Sightseeing: Chashma-Ayub mausoleum, medrese and minaret Kalyan, Mir Arab medrese. Dinner with folk at the Nodir Devon Begi restaurant. Overnight.

4th day
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Sarmish via Karmana. Excursion: petroglifs (rock paints of the bronze age). Transfer to Nurata. Arrival to Nurata. Lunch at the private home. Sightseeing. Transfer to Yurt camp at the Dangelek settlement. Arrival to Yurt camp and accommodation. Free time. Dinner. Overnight in Yurts.

5th day
Breakfast. Camel ridding along desert to Eltay settlement (20-22 êì). Lunch by the way (picnic). Dinner. Overnight in tents.

6th day
Breakfast. Camel ridding along desert to the point 271 (18-20 êì). Lunch by the way (picnic). Dinner. Overnight in tents.

7th day
Breakfast. Camel ridding along desert to the Aydarkul lake (12 êì). Swimming, Rest. Lunch at the bank of the lake. Camel ridding along desert to the Yurt camp (14 êì). Arrival to the Yurt camp. Accommodation. Free time. Dinner. After dinner the songs of Akin (Kazakh singer) around the camp fire. Overnight in Yurts.

8th day
Breakfast at the Yurt camp. Departure to Samarkand. Arrival to Samarkand. Accommodation at the hotel. Lunch at the private home. Sightseeing: Registan: Sher-Dor medrese, Tilla-Kori medrese, Ulugbek medrese, observatory of Ulugbek. Dinner at the hotel or local restaurant. Overnight.

9th day
Breakfast at the hotel. Sightseeing: Bibi-Khanum mausoleum, mausoleum Gur-Emir, ruins of ancient Afrosiab, oriental bazaar. Lunch at the local restaurant. Departure to Tashkent. Arrival to Tashkent. Farewell dinner at the local restaurant. Overnight.

10th day
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to airport. Depart home.
